Delete my account
You can request deletion of your AniCore account from inside the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in.
From the app
Open AniCore, go to Profile, expand “Delete my account”, type your email then your password and confirm.
By email
Write to contact@anicore.app from your account address, with “Account deletion” as the subject. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Email, first and last name, phone, ID documents, profile photos, session tokens, Google identifiers and notification tokens.
What is kept
The holding's records (animals, care, treatments, tasks) are kept for the farm and its traceability obligations. They are no longer tied to your identity.
