Data we collect
Account: email address, first and last name, phone number if you provide one. Farm: animal records, care, treatments, tasks, locations and photos you enter. Technical: device type and error logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to deliver the service: display and sync your farm, send care reminders, secure your account and improve the app. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
App permissions
Camera: scan QR codes and photograph your animals. Microphone: voice dictation to fill in a field; transcription is performed by the Android system and no audio recording is sent to us. Notifications and alarms: fire care reminders at their due time. Each permission is requested at the point of use and can be revoked in your phone settings.
Analytics and notifications
We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to measure app usage, only after you consent and never resold to third parties. Push notifications go through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): a technical token specific to your device is stored, then deleted when you sign out.
Sharing with third parties
We share the strict minimum with our processors: PostHog for analytics, Google Firebase for notifications, Stripe for payments, and our European hosting provider. None of them is allowed to use your data for their own purposes.
Data security
Hosting in the European Union, HTTPS-encrypted traffic, passwords stored as hashes, and an encrypted local database on the device. Access is partitioned by role within your holding.
Data retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active. The holding's records (animals, care, treatments) are kept to meet farm traceability obligations, even after a user leaves.
Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Account deletion happens directly in the app: Profile, then “Delete my account”. Your identity and your access are then permanently erased. The page anicore.app/account-deletion describes the procedure, including by email if you can no longer sign in.
